You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your package to return your product, in its original condition and packaging, for an exchange or a refund.
Send us an email at contact@kap-shop.com, we take care of your return label.
For an exchange, a fee between 5-15€ depending on your country will be charged to you.
For a refund, between 10-25€ depending on your country will be deducted from your reimbursement.

Upper: vegan suede (50% PA polyamide + 50% PU polyurethane), corn vegan (29% cotton, 71% polyurethane with 68% bio-based mass content)
Lining: 70% bamboo, 30% recycled PET
Insole: 93% recycled polyurethane, 7% binder agents
Outsole: 48% synthetic rubber, 10% natural rubber, 21% fillers, 21% additives
Laces: 100% certified organic cotton

Use a damp cloth to clean your sneakers. SAYE does not recommend washing your SAYE in the washing machine. If you still do so, they are excluded from any liability.
