The KIBOKO is a mixed pair of sneakers with a retro-sporty look. A classic style that retains a certain originality thanks to its thick molded sole and its side color strip. This pair of sneakers will easily find its place in your urban, modern, and committed wardrobe. Its illustrated label refers to the Sumatran jungle, an ecosystem that MEEKO humbly helps to protect through the #STEPCLOSER impact program.

The KIBOKO has been conceived according to a thoughtful design approach. The objective is to provide a response to each of the 4 main factors of the impact of fashion on biodiversity:

- Animal exploitation --> No animal materials in MEEKO sneakers.
- Exploitation of limited natural resources (forests, water) --> Recycled, bio-sourced, and traced materials (not from deforestation).
- Pollution --> MEEKO works in a short circuit. The suppliers are Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. And the assembly workshop is located in Portugal.
- The use of fossil fuels --> The suppliers and workshops with which MEEKO collaborates are powered between 75% and 90% by solar panels. MEEKO has an end-of-life recycling program.

The carbon footprint associated with the KIBOKO model is 6kg of CO₂ compared to 15 to 20kg for a classic pair of sneakers.

MEEKO participates in the #STEPCLOSER program they created in 2021, 30% of their profits are allocated to this program via which they support local initiatives to protect endangered wildlife.
