This is how it works
1. Mechanical and electronic inspection
Brakes, chain, pedals... each bike passes 20 inspection points by professional mechanics.
2. Fine-tuning and final wash
The gears and pedals are calibrated and the bicycle heads for a final wash.
3. Enjoy!
The bicycle is ready for its second life. You are saving the equivalent of 134kg CO2 by using an existing bike instead of a new one!

Direct Deliveries
Upway delivers anywhere in Germany, mainland France, and Belgium as standard (2-8 working days) for €49 or express (2-3 working days) for €79.
Your electric bike is delivered by their partners. A few hours after collecting the electric bike from their workshop, they will contact you by email and/or text message (depending on the information you provided at checkout) to offer you a delivery slot that you can change at your convenience. -
Easy Returns
You can return the bike within 14 days (from the date of delivery). This means that up to 14 days after the date of receipt, you can decide to return the bike if it does not suit you. The bike must be in the same condition as when you received it and you must only have ridden it for a reasonable distance (less than 50 km). You will then be refunded the price of the bike minus the cost of postage and return postage (€49 each, for a total of €98).

1 year Warranty
Upway offers a one-year guarantee on the frame, battery, motor and electronics of your bike. If you have any problems with your bike in the 12 months following your purchase, you can contact them at support@upway.shop.

Is the bike delivered assembled or disassembled?
The bike is delivered 95% assembled: we only remove the pedals and turn the handlebars so as not to damage anything during transport. We provide the necessary tools to reattach them in a minute. Instructions are supplied with your bike.
